Costa Rica Surf Report: 2’-5’ with poor to fair shape
Surf report for Pavones, Costa Rica on Thursday, November 29, 2018
The surf picked up with some overhead sets showing up. It was tricky, with stormy, wet conditions with a lot of high tide bounce warbling the lineup. Still, there were some decent ones to be found.
