The surf in Costa Rica was small today, but that happens sometimes. It was a good day to go to the beach breaks since everywhere was pretty small. Still, you could find something to ride out there even if the wind had made as mess of things early this morning. The tide was low this morning, and began to fill in this afternoon. It was a good day for learning how to surf!
